These terms and conditions are for a competition at HETT 2024. In these Terms and Conditions "we", "our", "us" and "Starlight" all refer to Starlight Management Consultancy Ltd a company registered in England & Wales (7522279). Our registered office is 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
 

The competition is open to all delegates, speakers and exhibitors attending the HETT Show 24th-25th September 2024 at London ExCeL. Entries to the competition are available from 12:01 on 23rdSeptember 2024 to 19:00 on 25th September 2024. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and be a current resident of the United Kingdom.
 

Our employees, agencies, licensees, freelancers, contractors and their immediate family members or households (whether related or not), and anyone else professionally involved with this competition, are excluded from entering this competition
 

The raffle prize is one Liberty London 2024 Advent Calendar. 
 

Entry to the raffle is via the scanning of delegate passes at the HETT Show and following @uk_starlight on LinkedIn.
 

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
 

The winner will be selected at random via an automated process on Friday 20th September and notified via LinkedIn message, email or phone.
 

The winner must acknowledge their acceptance of the prize within 10 days of notification, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will take place.
 

The prize will be delivered to a the winner within 10 days of acceptance.  
 

Starlight reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and its terms and conditions without notice.
 

If you win a prize, you may be required to take part in reasonable publicity. 
 

We and may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your association with the Competition and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, for publicity and PR purposes, solely in connection with the Competition.
 

Your personal data will be collected and processed by us, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Competition. 
 

We may hold your personal data for a period of 3 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
 

By entering the competition, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the competition will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Competition.
 

You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting office@starlightconsulting.co.uk. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a competition, you will forfeit your right to enter the competition and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the competition or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
 

In the event of any dispute, our decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
 

The Competition, and the Competition Terms and Conditions, are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
